Pirani Resistance Precision Transmitter
The APG-500/APG500C precision resistance (Pirani) transmitter is designed for vacuum measurement in the range of 5×10−2 to 1.0×105 Pa.
This transmitter cannot be used to measure flammable or explosive gases that can react in certain atmospheres.
