Counter-Magnetic Ultra High Vacuum Cold Cathode Ionization Gauge
This type of gauge tube features a typical counter-magnetic structure. Without a hot filament, it is not afraid of exposure to the atmosphere. It uses an ultra-high vacuum detachable sealing electrode structure, which makes cleaning and maintenance simple and ensures reliable sealing performance. Equipped with an auxiliary excitation device, it starts quickly and measures stably. The precision symmetric orthogonal electromagnetic field configuration ensures high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. It is particularly suitable for high and ultra-high vacuum measurements.
